Introduction

This method is applicable to the flex resistance performance of finished shoes and shoe soles (pieces). The samples are mounted on the testing machine and flexed at a certain angle and frequency. The crack (opening) and adhesive separation length of the sole and welt after a certain number of flexes are measured, and the changes in the upper are observed.

The finished shoe flexing tester is used to test sports shoes, casual shoes, work shoes and other finished shoes. After a long time, at a fixed frequency and a fixed angle of continuous reciprocating flexing, it is used to evaluate their flex resistance or inspect the degree of cracking.
