Introduction

The shoe steel hook core bending testing machine is mainly used to test the bending resistance of the steel hook core. The hook core is inserted into the fixture and rotated 180 degrees around the central column with a diameter of ∮10mm for the bending test. The condition of the hook core is visually inspected to determine if it has broken, and the surface cracks are also observed to further assess its quality. This machine complies with standards such as GB 28011-2011.

The bending performance of the steel core was tested by conducting a 180° bending test on the core, while observing the crack conditions on its surface.

The shoe steel hook core bending testing machine is mainly used to test the bending resistance of the steel hook core. The hook core is inserted into the fixture and rotated 180 degrees around the central column with a diameter of ∮10mm for the bending test. The condition of the hook core after the test is visually inspected to determine if it has broken, and the surface crack situation is also observed. Then, the quality of the hook core is determined. The principle is to fix the rear end of the hook core, apply a load to the front end, causing it to undergo bending deformation. The bending deflection of the hook core is then measured to calculate the bending stiffness of the hook core.
