1. Product Description

The flexible screen vertical shaft life testing machine can simulate whether the shaft part of the flexible screen has retention force, or if the resistance of the shaft increases and damages the plastic body.

This machine adopts a touch screen PLC human-machine interface controller to simulate the flexible screen rotating test under certain angles, speeds, and frequencies, and to determine the damage situation of the product.

2. Product Features

1. For the rotation shaft, a cyclic movement test with forward and backward tilting is required. It should have a counting function, and the forward and backward tilt angles can be adjusted separately (up to 30 degrees). The rotational torque value is displayed in real time.

2. For the rotation shaft, a cyclic rotation test is conducted, starting from a left rotation of 90 degrees to a right rotation of 90 degrees as one cycle. It should have a counting function and display the rotational torque value in real time.
