1.Product Introduction
The GA-6Q type chemical fiber filament heat shrinkage tester is a chemical fiber filament heat shrinkage rate testing instrument. The instrument reads the changes in the length of the chemical fiber filament on the sample cylinder frame under certain tension before and after heating through the force measurement device, automatically calculates the average heat shrinkage rate and coefficient of variation of the sample. It is controlled by a computer to operate the process and automatically display and print the test results.
The instrument has a precise structure, is simple and fast to test, has accurate and stable test results, and has a low failure rate.
The instrument complies with the precision requirements of the testing methods standards specified in national standards GB/T6505-2008 and industry standards FZ66001-1995, etc. It is used for dry heat shrinkage rate or boiling water shrinkage rate testing of chemical fiber filaments and can be widely used in chemical fiber textile enterprises, fiber inspection institutions and research units.
