BGD 256 Digital Single-Beam UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
1.Description
The principle of the spectrophotometer is a light source generated
by a continuous radiation light by the dispersion system
(monochromator) decomposed into wavelengths of continuous
monochromatic light, monochromatic light by irradiation to the
sample cell, through the pool of samples will be absorbed by the
detection of the intensity of the incident light S and the
intensity of the incident light R, the transmittance T = S / R. If
the wavelength is continuously adjusted (i.e., scanning), it can be
obtained in the biochemical samples on the wavelength distribution

purity checking, and the study of organic molecular structure. In
the quantitative aspect, it can determine the content of each
component in compounds and mixtures with complex structure, and can
also determine the dissociation constant of substances, the
stability constant of complexes, the molecular weight
identification of substances and the indication of endpoints in
microtitration, and be used as a detector in high-performance
liquid chromatography, etc. The spectrophotometer can be used to
determine the concentration of a sample.

can be extended to 10cm sample holder, automatic wavelength
setting, automatic adjustment of 0%T/100%T, T/A conversion. With
automatic correction of wavelength error, light source automatic
switching and other functions; with photometric, quantitative and
other functions; with RS232 communication interface can be optional
printer.
