BGD 880-T New Programmable Salt Spray Fog Cabinets
1.Description
"BGD 880/T, BGD 881/T, BGD 882/T is a high-end new salt spray
corrosion tester newly developed by BGD. In addition to the
features of BGD 88* series salt spray corrosion chambers and
meeting all relevant salt spray test standards, it adds the
following typical features:
* The temperature control method of the chamber is air heating:
electric heating wire is installed on the outer layer of the
chamber plate inside the test chamber, which rapidly heats the
ambient temperature inside the chamber to the required temperature
value by thermal radiation, and at the same time, it will not
affect the concentration of the spray liquid and the PH value. The
heater adopts P.I.D control heating to achieve temperature balance;
*Test box box body structure is reasonable, solid materials,
beautiful appearance: the inner box is made of TA1 pure titanium
plate with full welding, the outer box is made of stainless steel
plate with baking varnish treatment; the sealing cover of the test
chamber is made into a slanting surface, preventing condensate from
dripping onto the surface of the sample; the sealing cover adopts a
cylinder to push the way, only need to click on the cover lifting
button to open or close the cover; the sealing of the chamber
adopts the way of silica sealing strips sealing to ensure that
corrosive gases in the box The chamber is sealed with silicone
sealing strip to ensure that the corrosive gas inside the chamber
does not leak; the bottom of the chamber is installed with mobile
casters and positioning feet, which can be easily moved and
positioned;
* Newly designed standard sample rack: removable card slot type
sample rack, the sample board directly into and ensure the standard
angle of 20 ° ± 5 ° (tilted with the vertical plane). The sample
holder is made of corrosion-resistant and insulating resin
material, which has the characteristics of high temperature
resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low specific
gravity, low moisture absorption, low elongation and good
insulation.
*Special load-bearing sample rack: the bottom of the test chamber is
set up with a mesh sample placing platform, which is placed above
the heating layer at the bottom of the chamber and is about 150mm
high from the bottom plate of the inner chamber, with uniform
openings on the surface of the platform to prevent the accumulation
of the solution after fogging and to facilitate the circulation of
the airflow in the chamber, and the mesh plate can be dismantled by
the design of the structure. The mesh material is made of
reinforced glass fiber reinforced plastic, with a load capacity of
≥200kg/m2, which is very suitable for placing particularly heavy
samples or large samples.
* Spray liquid (brine) supply system: external removable
large-capacity spray liquid storage tank, through the peristaltic
pump will be absorbed by the tank liquid supply nozzles, thus
avoiding the traditional siphon spray nozzle crystallization
problems, while the peristaltic pump water supply flow rate can be
adjustable and controllable, to effectively ensure the size of the
spray volume.
* 7-inch true color, 800 × 480 dot matrix LCD display, Chinese /
English / Russian language free switching. Operation mode can be
program mode, fixed value mode or timed start and stop, touch
screen mode input; can be set to test a variety of parameters and
spray mode and cycle (spray cycle: continuous spray maximum test
time of 999.9 hours, gap spray maximum spray time of 99 hours and
59 minutes, the maximum stop spray time of 99 hours and 59
minutes).
* Communication function: RS-232, RJ45 Ethernet interface and USB
interface are equipped as standard, which can be connected to
Ethernet through professional software to realize remote control
and remote assistance. You can also collect test data through the
network (hot-swappable, can be inserted into the 1G-16G USB flash
drive to download historical curves, historical data and control
system parameters) or control multiple devices at the same time.
* Open software function: support the third party to send the code
can control the equipment start, stop, record data function. The
controller provides function code, the user edits the upper
computer software program to realize unified monitoring and
control.
* Intelligent functions: intelligent interconnection, intelligent
Fuzzy function and ARW start - inhibit overtravel, intelligent

* Power failure memory function: power failure recovery mode can be
