1.Description:
The instrument complies with the standards of GB/T3810.3-2016 and
ISO10545-3-1995 for the determination of water absorption rate,
apparent porosity, apparent relative density and bulk density. It
uses the vacuum method to measure the water absorption rate,
apparent porosity, and bulk density of daily-use ceramics,
architectural sanitary ceramics, electrical ceramics, and
refractory materials. It also meets the determination conditions of
GB/T3299-2011 "Method for Determining Water Absorption Rate of
Daily-Use Ceramics".
This instrument can also be used to measure the water absorption
rate of bricks, tiles, cement products, refractory materials, etc.
2.Equipment Structure:
This instrument adopts an integrated mechanical-electrical
structure, consisting of a vacuum container, a water circulation
vacuum pump, an inlet electromagnetic valve, a discharge valve, a
water reservoir, and a digital controller. The water circulation
vacuum pump has special advantages such as low operating noise, low
susceptibility to damage, and low power consumption, which enables
this instrument to have superior performance.
