1.Description:
This instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional stable
heat conduction. When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample
are at different stable temperatures, it measures the heat flow
through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, as well as
the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces
of the sample, and calculates the thermal conductivity. This
instrument is designed for the testing of low thermal conductivity
insulating materials and meets the high-precision testing
requirements for the thermal conductivity of insulating materials
by the material testing research departments.
2.Standard
GB/T 3139-2005 (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of
Fiber-Reinforced Plastics) (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of
Fiberglass)
GB/10294-2008 (Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and
Related Properties of Insulation Materials - Protective Heat Plate
Method) are among them. The main tests are conducted on materials
such as plastics, vacuum glass, fibers, and foams. They are widely
used in material analysis and testing in universities, research
institutions, quality inspection departments, and production
plants.
3.Feature:
1. Automatic thickness measurement: Utilizing high-precision
displacement sensors for measurement and connecting to a computer
for automatic thickness measurement, thereby reducing human error.
2. Automatic Pressurization System: The system automatically
applies pressure. It enables the measurement of thermal
conductivity under various pressure conditions. This method is more
scientific, data-driven, and has higher repeatability compared to
manual pressure application.
3. Various measurement types: In addition to measuring hard plates,
by selecting various accessories from the company, it is possible
to measure a wide range of special materials. For example: granular
materials, loose materials, soil, etc.
