This device is an integrated rotating magnetic field flaw detector designed for magnetic particle inspection of ferromagnetic materials. It effectively detects surface and near-surface defects with high sensitivity. It comes with a replaceable internal battery, effectively extending inspection time and requiring no external wiring. The compact size and high capacity of the electromagnet ensure approximately 8 hours of inspection time. Two batteries are included as standard.

The magnetic yoke offers strong lifting force and high detection sensitivity. Compared to traditional devices, the device is lightweight, and the ergonomically designed handle ensures comfortable operation. Its unique magnetic pole design enables surface and near-surface magnetic particle inspection of circumferential seams with an outer diameter of 80 mm and longitudinal seams larger than 100 mm.

The magnetic yoke supports both white light and ultraviolet light illumination, allowing for easy switching during operation. The device features overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection to prevent damage in critical situations. The battery utilizes highly safe polymer batteries, and the battery protection circuit is well-designed, ensuring excellent battery protection and reliability.
