BMXXBP0800 Schneider Relay Module

BMXXBP0800 is the core rack module of Schneider Electric's Modicon M340 series automation platform. It adopts an 8-slot design and supports flexible configuration of power modules (such as BMXCPS series), processor modules (such as BMXP34 series), and up to 6 I/O or functional modules. It is suitable for industrial scenarios such as energy management and process control. Its modular architecture and high-density I/O integration capability significantly save control cabinet space. The compact design (372.8mm × 103.7mm × 19mm) achieves 64 channel input/output through 32mm wide modules, compatible with discrete, analog, and specialized functional modules (such as counters and temperature control), meeting complex process requirements. The module supports hot swapping function, which can maintain or expand the system without shutting down, ensuring production continuity. Its Bus X bus supports ring topology and communication redundancy architecture ensures automatic path switching in case of single point failure, with interruption recovery time less than 10ms, and improves system reliability through redundancy design. This module supports protocols such as CANopen, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and is compatible with third-party devices. It has a wide temperature range (-10 ℃ to+60 ℃, with capacity reduction required below 0 ℃) and high electromagnetic compatibility (certified according to IEC 61000-6-2 standard, with anti-interference ability 30% better than similar products). It is suitable for harsh environments such as metallurgy and chemical engineering. In addition, BMXXBP0800 can be paired with BMXXBP0800-IP5 protection kit, which can be extended to IP65 protection level to meet the requirements of dust, humidity and other scenarios.
