For lithium-polymer batteries in mobiles, Bluetooth gear, and laptops, tabs are indispensable raw materials. These metal conductors pull positive/negative electrodes from battery cores—note: they’re internal connections, not external copper sheets.
Structured as adhesive film + metal strip (positive: aluminum; negative: nickel/nickel-copper), the film insulates to avoid short circuits. It also bonds with aluminum-plastic film through ~140°C heat-sealing to block leakage. Typical black film includes 3 layers (melanin, PE, PP) with specific melting points.
