Prismatic Battery Cell Stacking And Compression Machine
Introduction
battery stacking and pressing machine is specially designed for
prismatic lithium batteries, and can realize the integrated
operation of stacking, extrusion forming and bundling. Its core
drive architecture adopts a servo motor linked screw module and a
planetary reducer, which can output a stable extrusion thrust of
more than 500KG through precise control of the pressure controller.
The equipment has the ability to change models quickly, and can
accurately control the stacking extrusion stroke and pressure
parameters in real time through an intelligent control system. It
integrates a triple safety protection mechanism of software limit,
hardware limit and pressure threshold limit, which effectively
avoids the risk of excessive battery extrusion, while ensuring the
high controllability of extrusion accuracy, providing reliable
technical guarantee for the standardized production of square
lithium battery modules.
