plane and guaranteeing a planar twist of ≤0.2 mm across 19-inch
ears—critical for slide-rail alignment in vibration-prone transit
cases.
The monocoque side walls integrate staggered ventilation arrays;
1.0 × 6 mm louver slots are punched 60° off-vertical to create 65 %

the CPU zone, converting the chassis into a pressurized cold-aisle
configuration that drops processor delta-T by 8 °C in 35 °C ambient
