Overview
In order to meet the requirements of production processes and
energy conservation and emission reduction, improve working

thermal insulation engineering design, pump equipment is designed
in accordance with the GB 50264-2013 standard.
This equipment is suitable for measuring the heat loss of thermal
insulation materials on the outer surface of industrial equipment
and pipelines with temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 850℃.
It is not applicable to equipment and pipelines with special
requirements in nuclear energy, aviation and aerospace systems, as
well as buildings, cold storage facilities and buried pipelines.

Temperature Control System
It is mainly composed of heating wires, iron plates, etc., and is
heated by a temperature instrument. The maximum heating temperature
in the temperature zone can reach up to 600 degrees Celsius
It can be used at 500 degrees Celsius for a long time
A total of 12 temperature collection channels are equipped. Among
them, the heating temperature channel is a closed-loop control of
the temperature zone, with 5 temperature monitoring points set. The
remaining heat protection hot plate is equipped with 2 temperature
monitoring points, and the cold surface is arranged with 5
temperature measurement points.
Pressurization System
It is mainly composed of cylinders. The required pressure value is
achieved by fine-tuning the air pressure, and the current status is
displayed in real time within the control system.
Cooling System
It is mainly composed of a chiller, thermocouples, etc. The chiller
cools the heating part of the equipment. The thermocouple detects
the temperature of the bottom surface. After the test is completed,
when the temperature of the bottom surface is greater than 50℃, the
system prompts "Turn on the chiller" to quickly cool the hot plate.
Working principle
The equipment is composed of a sample back temperature measurement
plate, a constant temperature heating plate and a pressurization
system. The sample back temperature measurement plate is equipped
with five temperature sensors to measure the back temperature of
the sample in real time. The constant temperature heating plate
provides a stable high-temperature heat source, and the
pressurization system supplies a stable pressure to the sample,
ensuring the reliability of the test.

conductivity of insulating materials and the amount of heat loss.
It first tests the thermal conductivity and then the amount of heat
loss. Completed at the same workstation;
