2.Q:How to buy our samples in showing room? Is there MOQ?
A: 1. For new clients, you need to pay the cost of samples. Our
sample cost is refundable, which means we will return the cost in
the bulk order.

sampling required ($100-300/sample) -100% prepayment(sampling cost
is refundable or deductible from bulk orders) - Receive new sample
(7-10 workdays) -Bulk Price = Base price + (fabric upgrade + design
complexity) + volume discount. -Note: Detailed quote will be

13.Q:How does your company do regarding quality control?
A: We have own QC to monitor each production starting from sampling
stage to production line as well as packing and shipping. We
strictly ensure the colorfastness for bulk fabric, lining & all
accessories should ready ISO 4 grade and max Shrinkage is 3% for
woven fabrics and 5% for knitted fabrics which is the strictest
requirement for garments business. This strict quality rule has
ensured us to succeed in garment business for more than 15 years'
time.
14.Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% balance), L/C, or Aliba ba
Trade Assurance.
15.Q:What is available courier service?
A: Small quantity shipped by UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT,EMS.Big quantity
shipped by sea or air.
