Molykote® D-10 is a heat-cured anti-friction coating composed of
solid lubricant (graphite), organic binders, and solvents. Its
black, viscous liquid form is suitable for screen printing, curing
into a dry-film lubricant layer with an operating temperature range
of -70°C to 380°C. The density is 1.3 g/ml (20°C), and
flash point is 63°C (ISO 1523), meeting industrial requirements
for high load capacity and corrosion resistance.

Designed for metal-to-metal friction contacts, Molykote® D-10 forms
a permanent lubricating film via heat curing. Its low friction
coefficient (start-up μ=0.1, running μ=0.08) minimizes wear while
resisting corrosion from motor oils, gasoline, diesel, and
solvents. Curing requires 30 minutes at 180°C (metal
substrates), with coverage of 8 m²/kg, delivering long-term
protection against cold-start wear and stick-slip phenomena via an
ultra-thin layer.

- Chemical Stability: Withstands 300-hour salt spray tests (DIN 50021), resists fuel/solvent erosion, and adheres strongly to metal surfaces.
