Product Description

As an intermediary, KBM-1003 bonds inorganic materials (e.g., glass, metals) to organic polymers (e.g., unsaturated polyester resins, EPDM/EPM). Its vinyl group makes it highly effective for surface treatment of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), significantly improving composite performance.

Special Properties

• Broad Compatibility: Works with peroxide-crosslinked EPDM, sulfur-crosslinked EPM, and unsaturated polyester resins.
• ​High Stability: Boiling point 123°C, refractive index 1.391, and density 0.97 g/cm³ ensure stability under high-temperature processing.
