Product Description
Shin-Etsu KE-1204 is a two-component, room-temperature vulcanizing
silicone rubber designed for potting applications. It features
excellent heat and cold resistance, as well as superior electrical
properties. Since it is UL-rated, it is particularly suitable for
applications requiring flame retardancy.
Product Introduction
Shin-Etsu KE-1204 is a high-performance, two-component,
room-temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber widely used for
potting and insulation in electronic devices. It can cure quickly
to form a tough elastomer with excellent heat and cold resistance.
KE-1204 does not generate heat during curing, which prevents damage
to sensitive components. Compared to traditional epoxy and
polyester resins, KE-1204 does not produce by-products during
curing and does not corrode metals, making it suitable for potting
and insulating various electronic components.
