Product Overview
Shin-Etsu KE-445 is a one-component, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV), self-leveling silicone sealant that cures into a flexible and durable elastomer. Featuring a neutral cure system, it is non-corrosive, low-odor, and provides excellent adhesion to metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics without requiring a primer.

● Room-temperature cure – Fully cures in 7 days at 23°C/50% RH,
with a 20-minute tack-free time.
● Self-leveling – Ideal for smooth surface sealing, forming a
uniform and bubble-free layer.
● Low hardness & high elasticity – 25 Shore A hardness with 200%
elongation for stress relief.
● Excellent electrical properties – 5 TΩ·m volume resistivity & 25
kV/mm dielectric strength for electronics.
