1) Raw material: 45-70# high carbon steel wire. Wire rod is from shagang steel,

3) Wire diameter:1.8-2.5mm, or as your request.
4) End diameter: 60-100cm or according to customer’s requirement.
5) Middle diameter: 32-60cm or according to customer’s requirement.
6) Height of spring: 8.5cm-19cm, or as your request.
7) General application: mattress ,sofa
8) Produce process: all springs are with heat treatment and anti-rust treatment.
9)Packing: packed on wooden pallet or plastic woven bag or as client’s requirement

Spring height :Which height you provide?There are 3 point height:1.top tie to
bottom tie .2. side height .3.tie opposite height
The points:top and bottom ties cannot loose, the notch cannot point outside,
the knot wire should be 2.5laps.
