Product Introduction
Our blower incorporates three critical components. First is the
ternary flow impeller made of 7075 aluminum alloy, enabling stable
ultra-high speed operation. Precision-machined using five-axis CNC
technology and designed with ternary flow principles, it achieves
92% multi-variable efficiency. Second is the high-efficiency
permanent magnet motor featuring advanced air-cooling technology
(97% efficiency), with characteristics including variable frequency
speed control, energy efficiency, compact structure, high power
density, wide speed range, strong overload capacity, and excellent
reliability. Third is the self-acting hydrodynamic air bearing with
flexible surface support, offering exceptional durability,
reliability, stability, load capacity, and heat resistance. This
lubrication-free design minimizes power loss, eliminates internal
friction (rotor vibration <0.02mm), and has passed 20,000
start-stop cycles, making it virtually a permanent bearing
solution.
