P14218 forged link chains,P101.6,P200
Chains forged alloy fork link chain provides an excellent solution
for the rigors of heavy duty conveying systems such as cement
clinker
or boiler ash handling. The low carbon, high strength base material
used to manufacture these forged chains is strong and ductile to
combat shock loads, and heat treated to control abrasion.
Die forging scraper chain is a type of chain manufactured through
die forging technology, mainly used for buried scraper conveyors,
suitable for industries such as grain machinery, mining machinery,
steel mills, and power plants. The forging scraper chain is
composed of different combinations of scraper chain links or
traction chain links. The chain links are forged products, and the
pin shaft is generally treated with alloy steel integral heat
treatment or surface high-frequency treatment to improve the
surface hardness of the pin shaft
1.Structural characteristics
The main structure of forging scraper chain includes chain rod and
pin shaft. The chain rod is made by forging or rolling, and then
machined. The chain rod is divided into three parts: the large
head, the small head, and the rod body. The surface is treated with
low-carbon alloy steel carburizing, which has high surface wear
resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties
2.Performance characteristics
High strength: The forging chain has the characteristics of high
strength and wear resistance, suitable for heavy-duty working
conditions.
Long lifespan: Due to its excellent mechanical properties and wear
resistance, the service life of forging chains is relatively long.
Low maintenance: The forging chain has less friction during
operation, reducing maintenance requirements
two
3.application area
Die forging scraper chains are widely used in heavy-duty
transmission applications such as grain machinery, mining
machinery, steel mills, and power plants. Its high strength and
long lifespan make it outstanding in these fields
