Single-Screw Extruder Fish Feed Production Equipment Animal Feed Pellet Making Machine

Application scope:

The SW165 series single-screw extruder is primarily deployed in medium-to-large scale feed mills for the extrusion processing and shaping of aquatic feeds. Through integrated processes including preconditioning and mechanical extrusion, it ensures the production of water-stable pellets with minimized solubility in aquatic environments.

Main features:

(1) Stirring rods rotate around conical disc in stirring tank. Feeder makes automatic adjustment according to electric current changes of main machine with variable-frequency drive to provide material evenly and stably. Therefore, the main engine keeps high productivity. The machine is controlled by PLC programming control system in which operation panel displays various operating parameters.

(2) In different diameter cylinder conditioner, raw material is completely soaked and gelatinized in the process of water and steam adding. At the same time, addition material is addable inside including fish oil, lecithin, fish soluble and any formula material of strong attractant and high-energy, which achieve the addition of high-fat and high-viscous material. Now the maximum adding amount of fat is ≥ 20%.

(3) The main machine is specially designed with geometric thread machine to maximize the effect of mechanical kneading. Material is extruded and cured completely and capacity is increased 15-20% more than before.

(4) Special aquatic feed can be produced through vacuum exhaust system that produces floating feed with density of 360~460g/cm³ and fast sinking feed with density of 620~720g/cm³. Moreover, this series can produce sophisticated sinking pellet such as penaeus monodon feed with advantages including 100% sinking rate, easy digestion, good water resistance and favorable appearance.

(5) The combination of suspending rotary mold holder and cutter is conducive to quickly replace mold and easily adjust cutter with less footprint. Time for mold replacement is short to produce feed of different specifications. Operation is simple and maintenance of machine is easy. Cutter is controlled by the frequency converter to guarantee consistent length of feed.
