YG10X 4 Flutes Carbide End Mill For Aluminium Customized Finishing CNC Milling Cutter
AMG four blade aluminum hard alloy milling cutter is designed
specifically for high-speed and precision cavity machining of
aluminum parts, and is widely used in the aerospace, automotive
parts, and mold manufacturing industries. It is suitable for
high-strength aluminum alloy materials such as 6061, 7075, and
7050.
Compared to three blade aluminum milling cutters, the AMG four
blade design can have higher surface smoothness while maintaining
good chip removal ability, making it suitable for scenarios with
high machining quality requirements under high-speed machining
conditions. Made of high-quality YG10X ultra-fine particle hard
alloy rods, it has excellent toughness and wear resistance,
ensuring sharp and durable cutting edges, stable cutting, and
significantly improving machining efficiency and tool life.

This tool is suitable for precision cavity milling, side milling,
profiling, and slotting of aluminum alloy components, ideal for

Working Principle
The 45° high helix angle improves chip evacuation while preventing
built-up edges, important for aluminum cutting. The 4 flute design

for stable high-speed machining, while optional DLC coating reduce
friction and adhesion during aluminum cutting, improving tool life
