• Ranging method 5300 Direct time-of-flight (dToF) sensor adopts a
single-module package design, integrating a single-photon avalanche
diode (SPAD) receiving array and a VCSEL laser emitter. This sensor
can precisely measure the distance of objects without being
affected by their color, reflectivity or texture, providing a
compact solution for micro ToF sensing in the market. By leveraging
the independently developed SPAD and unique ToF acquisition and
processing technology, the rapid ranging frequency can reach up to
90 Hz.

• Optical Characteristics 5300 TOF 7.6m Calibration Method: Before
power-on, aim at a 2m target point for single-point calibration.

• On-chip compensation This sensor is equipped with a
histogram-based algorithm that can calibrate the glass cover and
compensate for stains or contaminants, thus ensuring stable and
reliable operation. It adopts sub-nanosecond light pulses and
special eye safety control circuits, meeting the requirements of
Class 1 eye safety standards. This sensor minimizes ambient light
noise through narrowband filters and an integrated sunlight
suppression algorithm. It can be used for distance measurement in
outdoor sunlight environments
