The Cisco GLC-LH-SM is a 1000BASE-LX/LH SFP transceiver module
designed for Gigabit Ethernet links over single-mode fiber (SMF).
It supports data transmission up to 10 kilometers on standard SMF
and up to 550 meters over multimode fiber (MMF) with mode
conditioning patch cables. Operating at a 1310 nm wavelength, the
GLC-LH-SM is ideal for enterprise backbones, data centers, and
