This is an integrated small-scale anodizing equipment, specially designed for proofing and small-scale production. Length: 1600mm, Width: 800mm, Height: 1800mm. Equipped with a water chiller. This is the rectifier, which controls the oxidation time and the oxide film. The equipment is equipped with 8 tanks: oxidation tank, water washing tank, dyeing tank, chemical cleaning tank, sealing tank, and cleaning tank. Safety Guidelines
- Ensure proper ventilation in the usage environment
- In case of eye contact with oxidizing agents or chemical polishing solutions, immediately rinse with clean water
- The sealing groove and chemical polishing groove operate at high temperatures; exercise caution to avoid burns
- Disconnect power supply before any maintenance or inspection
- Disconnect power supply when the machine will be unused for extended periods
Operating Instructions
- Start the refrigeration unit in advance to maintain oxidation tank temperature at 0-5°C
- Preheat the sealed tank and chemical polishing tank, maintaining temperature between 80-100°C
- Adjust Figure 1 and set voltage to 8V
- Adjust Figure 2 and set oxidation time to 15 minutes
- Select appropriate hanging equipment
- Process according to sequence and timeline
- Start the process shown in Figure 3 to initiate oxidation
- When oxidation process is complete, close Figure 4
