Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview
Worker safety is non-negotiable, and our Safe Automatic Anodizing
Line is equipped with multiple protections to ensure a secure
working environment. The gantry cranes feature: overcurrent
protection (prevents motor burnout), upper/lower limit switches
(prevents over-lifting/lowering), and collision avoidance systems
(uses proximity switches to prevent crane collisions). Electrical
safety is ensured via ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) and
surge protectors, while the SS electrical cabinet (IP54 rating)
prevents electrical hazards from moisture or chemicals. The line’s
tanks have anti-slip edges and safety guards, and emergency stop
buttons are placed at 5m intervals along the line for quick
shutdown. For chemical safety, the line has an independent exhaust
system (removes acid/alkali fumes) and splash guards (prevents
chemical spills). Operators are protected from high temperatures
via insulated tank lids and heat-resistant gloves (provided as part
of the system). The PLC control system includes safety interlocks:
for example, the crane cannot move if the tank lid is open, and the
anodizing process stops if current exceeds safe levels. Training
materials (included) educate workers on safe operation, and the
line complies with global safety standards (e.g., OSHA, CE).
