It integrates high-speed inline glue dispensing with precision pad printing to achieve ultra-thin and uniform coating for dustproof applications on CCM, VCM, LENS, and LCM components.

With support for tilting heads, bottom heating, and advanced visual positioning, the FS600A guarantees precise material placement and excellent adhesion performance. The entire system is equipped with a Class A mineral base structure to minimize vibration and deliver consistent, repeatable results. The FS600A also supports whole-process inspection for glue breaks, overflow, and missing spots — ensuring every unit meets quality requirements before leaving the line.
