Corrosion-resistant type Jetting piezoelectric dispensing valve for Corrosive glue application
Piezo jet valves are ideal for dispensing corrosive adhesives in high-precision
applications. With a non-contact jetting mechanism and chemically
resistant wetted parts such as ceramic and PEEK, they handle
aggressive fluids with excellent stability. Common use cases
include optical module assembly, camera lens bonding, MEMS
packaging, and automotive sensor sealing. Piezo valves deliver
consistent micro-dosing without air pressure, preventing
contamination and ensuring high reliability in corrosive
environments.

FAQ
Q1: How can piezoelectric valves resist chemical erosion by
corrosive glue?
A1: The selection of corrosion-resistant materials (such as Teflon
seals, perfluorinated seals, and 304 stainless steel flow channels)
is the key.
The flow channel and seal ring materials need to be matched
according to the specific glue composition (such as
acid/alkalinity, solvent type).
Q2: How to clean the residual glue in the valve after long-term
use? Does it support quick maintenance?
A2: The valve body flow channel components can support ultrasonic
and glue remover soaking cleaning.
The design of the flow channel supports quick disassembly function
(modular structure), and spare flow channels can be prepared for
quick replacement and maintenance.
Regular maintenance cycles are recommended (such as flushing the
flow channel after 12 hours of continuous use).
Q3: Will corrosive glue affect the jetting accuracy and life of the
piezoelectric valve?
A3: Corrosion may cause aging or deformation of the seal, which
indirectly affects the accuracy (such as dripping, unstable flow).
It is recommended to use corrosion-resistant seals and clean and
replace them regularly, which will not affect the accuracy and life
of the spray valve;
It is recommended to verify the performance attenuation curve after
long-term use through experiments.
Q4: How to ensure stable dispensing of high-viscosity corrosive
glue?
A4: The valve drive parameters (such as pulse parameters and
frequency) need to be matched to optimize the glue shear force.
Optional heating function (such as heating the valve body to
40~60℃) can reduce viscosity, but the glue temperature resistance
must meet the standard.
Q5: Are there any industry verification cases or compatibility test
reports?
A5: The actual corrosion tolerance and glue dispensing stability of
the jetting valve need to be verified and evaluated. It is
recommended that customers provide actual glue for verification.
