Design:
1. Wall-mounted: Common sizes are 300mm × 400mm × 200mm (width × height × depth). They are generally suitable for pump stations with small power and relatively simple control functions, and can be mounted on walls to save space.
2. Floor-standing: Common sizes include 1200mm × 600mm × 450mm (length × width × height) and larger ones like 2200mm × 800mm × 600mm (length × width × height). The former is suitable for medium-sized pump stations, while the latter can accommodate more electrical components and is often used in integrated pump stations with complex functions and large power.
3. Custom sizes for integrated pump station control cabinets are also available based on actual needs. When customizing, factors such as the scale of the pump station, the number and power of water pumps, installation space, and protection requirements should be considered. For example, if the pump station space is limited, a more compact size can be customized; if a large number of electrical components or special equipment need to be installed, the cabinet size can be increased according to specific layout requirements to ensure reasonable installation of internal components, standardized wiring, and ease of operation and maintenance.
