Ground-source Heat Pump PLC Control Cabinet Green Building Saving
Energy
Product Describe:
The application scenarios of ground-source heat pump PLC control
cabinets are essentially the combination of where ground-source
heat pump systems are applicable and the demand for automatic
control. Their core is to maximize the energy efficiency, stability and
adaptability of ground-source heat pumps through precise and
intelligent control. Thus, they can work in places that require long-term
heating/cooling and have demands for operational efficiency and
management convenience.
Specification:
Size | W × D× L,mm |
Regular Sizes | Common ones include 800×600×2100, 600×600×1900, 2200×800×600,
2200×1000×800, 1200×600×400, etc. Smaller ones may be 400×500×200. |
Custom Sizes | Can be customized according to actual needs, such as
1800×800×(400-600), 1600×600×450, etc. Specific dimensions are
determined through communication with us based on factors like
installation space, number and layout of internal components. |
Material:
Aluminum alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel
Suggestion:
1. Internal Component Layout
Determine the size based on the number and dimensions of core
components (PLC modules, contactors, frequency converters, meters,
etc.). Ensure sufficient space for wiring, heat dissipation, and future
maintenance/expansion.
2. Installation Environment
For indoor use (e.g., machine rooms), focus on space constraints
(width, height, depth) to avoid conflicts with walls or other
equipment.
For semi-outdoor use, choose weather-resistant materials (e.g.,
stainless steel) and add waterproof/ dustproof designs; size should also account for heat dissipation from enclosed
structures.
3. Heat Dissipation Requirements
Large cabinets with high-power components (e.g., frequency
converters) may need built-in fans or air conditioners. Reserve space for these cooling devices during customization.
4. Operational Convenience
Ensure the height of control panels (buttons, displays) is within
easy reach (typically 1.2-1.5m from the ground) for daily
operation.
5. Standard Compatibility
Align with electrical safety standards (e.g., IP rating for
protection) and structural standards (e.g., mounting hole positions
for easy fixing) to avoid installation issues.
