Material:
Cold rolled steel / 304 Stainless Steel
IP Rating:
IP55 IP65
OEM / ODM Suggestion :
1. Material Selection: Use PC/ABS engineering plastic (for
residential) or 304 stainless steel (for industrial/outdoor). Thickness: plastic ≥2.5mm, metal ≥1.2mm for corrosion resistance
and impact protection.
2. Internal Configuration: Design with separate compartments for
meters, switches, and wiring. Pre-install DIN rails (35mm) and
NEMA-standard mounting plates. For multi-user boxes, include partitioned sections (≥150mm spacing
per meter).
3. Safety Features: Integrate transparent tamper-proof covers (PC
material, ≥3mm thickness), lockable latches (with anti-pry design),
and overcurrent protection slots. Grounding terminals (M6 size) are mandatory for metal enclosures.
4. Environmental Adaptation: For outdoor use, add rain shields
(≥50mm overhang), drainage holes (φ8mm with rubber plugs), and
UV-resistant coating. IP rating recommendation: IP54 (indoor) / IP65 (outdoor).
5. Installation Compatibility: Reserve cable entry holes (φ20-30mm
with grommets) at bottom/back. Wall-mounted types should have reinforced mounting points
(distance: 400-600mm horizontally).
