1. Internals:Cylinder barrel adopts GUOYUE EU/US metallurgical
standard CD250 structure. Barrel material: 45#, 42CrMo, or 27SiMn.
Bore honed to H8 precision with surface roughness Ra<0.4μm.
Heads, base, trunnions, and pistons are exclusively made of 45#
steel; no cast iron or cast steel components are used.
2. Buffering:Multiple buffering options including fixed and
floating buffer structures to ensure effective deceleration across
various pressures and speed ranges.
3. Welding:100% ultrasonic impact treatment applied to all
pressure-bearing and load-critical welds. This eliminates weld
stress (removal rate ≥90%) and significantly enhances weld fatigue
