The line starts with a pay-off unit, which securely holds and unwinds the conductor, feeding it smoothly into the extrusion system.

A straightener may be integrated to ensure the conductor enters the extrusion head without bends or deviations, improving insulation uniformity.

The heart of the system, the extruder, melts thermoplastic or rubber compounds such as PVC, PE, XLPE, or TPE, ready for seamless application.
