This model is based on the imported positive and negative pressure
integrated machine from Germany, and has been innovated according
to the current national conditions and vacuum forming market,
taking into account the current situation of few orders, many
styles, and expensive molds. This machine has a fully automatic
function of three stations: heating, forming, cutting, stacking,
and counting. It can adapt to various packaging boxes, trays,
pharmaceuticals, industrial vacuum packaging products made of APET,
PP, PC, PS, PVC, BOPS, PLA, corn starch, and other materials. The
machine is widely used and has strong universality. The negative
pressure forming machine has a fast speed, integrated cutting,
labor-saving, low energy consumption, low noise, high safety and
hygiene level, and easy operation and maintenance. It is highly
trusted by customers.
It is also possible to add a material cart configuration at the
rear, with three functions of forming, cutting, and stacking for
larger orders. For smaller orders, it can be directly cut into a
whole piece like a regular vacuum forming machine, and then cut
with a punch press. This allows the machine to be used as an
integrated machine or as a regular vacuum forming machine, making
it more flexible.

1. Characteristics of Control System
(1) The human-machine interface adopts a high-definition MCGS color
IoT touch screen. In case of abnormal problems, network inspection
can be carried out to achieve remote monitoring, troubleshooting,
remote program upgrade, and problem-solving.
(2) The operating system of this machine is independently developed
by our company based on the current national conditions and the
operating habits of the startup master. It has the characteristics
of complete functions and is easy to learn. Masters with zero
foundation can operate independently within 2-3 days of learning,
while masters with experience in other all-in-one machines can
become familiar with operating the machine within 1 day.
(3) Monitoring and counting, automatic lubrication of workstations,
automatic lubrication of chain tracks, vacuum maintenance prompts,
as well as document storage and internal IO point monitoring
functions;
(4) The height data of the molding station mold is saved, the
cutting position data of the cutting die is saved, and the width
data of the beam is saved. During production, only the first saved
data is called to achieve rapid production, and the speed of mold
change and machine adjustment is 20-30 minutes faster than peers.
2. Loading area
(1) The feeding adopts a 2.2KW high-power motor for feeding, with a
maximum roll diameter of 700mm and a maximum capacity of
500KG/support. The feeding adopts rubber roller transmission and is
equipped with two seamless steel pipe material rods for replacing
the sheets. A silicone oil spraying device is added to the feeding
area for easy demolding.
