ST208A The Hough Value of Eggs Testing and Indicating Freshness with Pharmaceutical Testing Instruments
The Hough value of eggs is an indicator for testing and indicating the freshness of eggs as stipulated by the United States Department of Agriculture's egg standards. Currently, in our country, this indicator is also used as the standard. This indicator is mainly divided into four grades: AA grade: 72 or higher; Grade A: 71-60 Grade B: 59-31 Grade C: 30 or lower.
The calculation formula for the Haff unit:
Ha=100*lg[h+7.57-1.7*(w^0.37)], where h(mm) represents the height
of concentrated protein and w(g) represents the quality of egg
products.
Main technical features
The height value of the concentrated egg white and the thickness of
the eggshell are displayed on a digital screen.
2. It can detect the height of protein at any position and the
thickness of eggshells at any position
3. The small LCD screen clearly shows the test results, which is
convenient for recording
4. Measuring range: 0.00-11.00mm
5. Detection accuracy: 0.01mm
6. The weighing device of the balance features digital display,
with a weighing range of 0 to 200g and an accuracy of 0.01g.
7. It is equipped with data calculation software. By inputting the
height of the egg white and the weight of the egg, the hash value
can be automatically calculated.
Main technical parameters and indicators
1. Height measurement range: 0 to 11mm;
2. Measurement range: 0-200g, accuracy 0.01g
3. Resolution: 0.01mm
4. Dimensions (length X width X height) : 400 X 300 X 180mm
