The LW250×1025B VFD centrifuge uses PLC programming to enable stepless drum speed adjustments (0–4,800 RPM). Operators monitor real-time parameters—torque, bearing temperature, vibration, and differential speed (≤50 RPM)—via a color explosion-proof touchscreen. Ideal for upgrading legacy solids control systems or integrating into smart drilling rigs, this automation reduces human error while optimizing separation efficiency for complex drilling fluids. Weight: 2,500 kg.Achieve unparalleled particle separation with a max drum speed of 5,000 RPM and Fr ≤3,225. The 250 mm drum diameter and 1,025 mm working length enable precise solids control for particles as fine as 2–5 µm. VFD-driven motors (11 kW main, 2,900 RPM auxiliary) adapt instantly to mud density fluctuations in shale gas or HP/HT wells, maintaining >90% barite recovery. Max capacity: 10 m³/h.
