ZK SEPARATION's LWS350 decanter centrifuge operates at 4000 RPM, generating 3136G force for high-efficiency oil sludge separation in drilling operations. It recovers 80–90% of reusable oil while reducing waste volume by >80%. The separated oil phase maintains ≤5% water content, and residual solids achieve 40–60% dryness. With a compact footprint (3500×1280×1058mm) and 3–5m³/h throughput, it integrates seamlessly into oilfield sludge treatment workflows, minimizing disposal costs and environmental impact.
