The ZK LWY250 decanter centrifuge processes fermentation broth at 5000rpm, generating 3500G force to efficiently separate solids from viscous liquids. Its horizontal spiral design enables continuous feeding and discharging, handling >1m³/hour of chemical, pharmaceutical, or food slurries. The compact footprint (2600×800×1200mm) suits space-limited production lines while maintaining industrial-scale throughput. All wear-prone components usabrasion from crystalline or fibrous solids.
