Thread form M12 × 1.5 with 19 mm hex and 20 mm reach for direct insertion into the cylinder-head coolant gallery. Sensing range –40 °C to +140 °C with NTC thermistor curve 2 500 Ω @ 20 °C, 300 Ω @ 80 °C, 120 Ω @ 110 °C, tolerance ±2 %. Two-pin sealed Deutsch DT04-2P connector, IP67 rated, vibration-resistant to 50 g, overall length 52 mm, weight 45 g.

Material & performance features:

Probe body is machined from 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti) stainless steel for excellent resistance to glycol, amine-containing coolants and galvanic corrosion; copper crush-washer and fluorosilicone O-ring ensure leak-free sealing up to 3 bar system pressure. Electronics are fully encapsulated in high-temperature epoxy potting compound, thermal-shock tested 1 000 cycles –40 °C↔+150 °C, salt-spray 96 h per ASTM B117, and EMI-suppressed circuitry compliant with SAE J1113-42 for reliable ECU feedback.
