Product Description

Structural Components
1. Actuator (Blue Top Component)
This is the pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It uses changes in
compressed air pressure to push a diaphragm, which in turn moves
the valve stem. It provides the power for the valve's regulating
action and features fast response and high control precision.
2. Valve Positioner (Device with Instrument on the Left)
This is an intelligent valve positioner that converts the
electrical signals from the control system into pneumatic signals,
precisely controlling the actuator's movement. It also has a
feedback function, allowing real-time monitoring of the valve
opening to ensure regulation accuracy. The pressure gauge on top
displays the input and output air pressure for easy debugging and
monitoring.
3. Valve Body (Lower Silver Component)
This is the single-seat valve body, featuring a straight-through
flow channel design with an internal valve core and seat mating
structure. The medium flows in from one side, passes through the
gap between the valve core and the valve seat, and flows out from
the other side. The flow rate is adjusted by changing the size of
the gap through the up and down movement of the valve core.
