Large Diameter High Pressure Concealed Stem Gate Valve with Elastic Seat Seal and 18 Months Warranty

This large-diameter, non-rising-stem, resilient-seat gate valve, painted blue, features a non-rising stem design (the stem is not exposed) and a resilient seat seal to ensure a tight seal. This large-diameter valve is suitable for high-flow piping systems and is commonly used in water supply and drainage, municipal pipe networks, and other applications.

A handwheel drives the valve stem, controlling the gate disc's movement to open and close media. This factory scenario demonstrates its ability to handle the transport of media such as water and sewage in industrial production and warehousing, ensuring stable operation of pipeline systems.

The typical operating pressure range for large-diameter, non-rising-stem, resilient-seat gate valves is PN1.0-PN2.5 MPa (10-25 kgf/cm2). However, this is not absolute. Operating pressures vary between manufacturers, materials (such as ductile iron, cast steel, etc.), and designs. Some valves are designed to operate at higher pressures, such as PN4.0 MPa or even higher. Please refer to the product manual or manufacturer's specifications for specific operating pressures.
