Product Overview

The Automatic Micro-Differential Filter for Water Purification is a high-efficiency filtration system that integrates automatic monitoring and self-cleaning. It uses differential pressure control to detect the pressure drop across the filter and automatically initiates a backwash process once the preset threshold is reached—ensuring continuous, stable filtration without manual intervention.

Working Principle

Raw water enters the filter housing and passes through a stainless-steel mesh element. Impurities are trapped on the filter surface, while clean water flows out. As contaminants accumulate, the pressure difference increases; once it reaches the preset value, the control system opens the drain valve and activates the backwash mechanism. High-velocity reverse flow flushes away impurities, achieving online cleaning and uninterrupted operation.
