On the surface of the extruded aluminum profile along the extrusion direction, there are local continuous undulations, like water waves, usually called waves; generally easy to occur in thin-walled and wide-faced aluminum profiles or strips; the main reason is that extruded profiles are from Uneven temperature distribution or uneven cooling rate when the mold flows out; it may also be that the extruder runs erratically, resulting in a large jitter, causing the profile to flow through the mold cavity unbalanced; or the mold design is unreasonable, and the working belt design has problems Make the profile flow unevenly and cause the profile to generate waves;
Precaution:
1) Repair the extruder to make it work smoothly without shaking, and adjust the center of the extruder, the extrusion cylinder and the die to make the concentricity of the three meet the specified requirements;
2) Correct the length of the mold sizing belt to ensure the aluminum profile flows evenly;
3) Appropriately reduce the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed;

There are also CNT digital control drilling and milling machine(CNC), double head saw, hydraulic saw and punching machine in our processing workshop. Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 12um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.

Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is 60-80um.

Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other color, we can provide the color according to you.
