Introduction of VSI
The VSl series impact crushers are vertical shaft impact crushers
designed by introducing the German technology, able to be used for
sand-making and shaping of the stone materials different in
hardness. The VSl series impact crushers adopt high-speed closed
impellers to speed up materials, with stone against iron or stone
against stone , central feeding adjustment and waterfall feeding
available to configure according to users' conditions to meet the
different process requirements, such as material fine and
super-fine crushing, machine-made sand processing and aggregate
shaping.

Main Features and Benefits
The material enters the VSI crusher through hopper, which is divided into two parts. One part entering into the rotating impeller through the distributor at high speed, then is accelerated, and shot through the tunnels around the impeller at high speed. First part material will impact with other materials fallen from the material distributor, hit on the crushing chamber together, then will be rebounded and impact on the top of crushing chamber, Changes its direction and goes down, forms continual material layers with material shot from the impeller. Therefore some materials will be impacted, crushed, milled twice or more times in the crushing chamber, then crushed material will be discharged from discharging part.
