A: Yes, we mainly manufacture interactive whiteboard,Interactive touch screen,Projector

and so on. We have our factory for producing interactive whiteboard in Qingdao, Shandong

province, and OEM factory for producing interactive touch screen in Guangdong Province.

2. Q: What's the warranty and service?

A: We provide OEM,ODM and customized service,3 years warranty for whiteboard/touch frame,

1 year for others.

3: Q: MOQ,Delivery term,Payment term?

A: Our normal order MOQ is 1 piece, OEM MOQ is more than 100 pcs.

Delivery term: EXW,FOB,CNF,CIF.etc is no problem.

Payment term: T/T,Payoneer,Paypal .etc

4. Q: Whether to provide any teaching software?

A: Yes, we provide the free education software and update the features timely.

5. Q: How to make the order?

A: Send detailed inquiry to us,then we will reply you with the proforma invoice. Make the payment

after you confirm the PI. We ship the products by express or by sea with 3-5 days upon to your

quantity after we receive the payment.Then you will get the cargoes soon.

6.Q:What's the after-sales service?

A:7 * 24 hours service consultation and technical guidance. Modular designed hardware,

maintenance to be done without skilled technicians.All products have maintenance reference

documents, and we can provide training for your maintenance personnel. Provide 1% spare parts

for after-sales maintenance according to the purchase quantity. For large quality issue,we arrange
