• The chain grate biomass fired steam boiler uses high-efficiency heat transfer element-threaded flue gas tube with reasonable heating surface and flue gas velocity, which makes the boiler thermal efficiency 6-8 percentage points higher than the national standard. The boiler adopts a high-strength chain grate or scale-type grate. Roller wheel device is assembled for the large grate. The combustion efficiency reaches 99.9%, saving more than 10% of coal consumption.

Compared with ordinary boilers, steam quality can be improved by more than 50% and thermal efficiency can be increased by more than 20%.

Combined with reasonable air ducts, the heat exchange between the high-temperature flue gas and convection tube bundle and water wall is more sufficient.
