Benefits of cleaning Semiconductor with an ultrasonic cleaner
Electronics are Everywhere
And Electronics Cleaning is BIG Business
Electronics and electrical appliances become very dirty with
continued use. If not maintained properly electronics will begin to
malfunction. As dirt builds up, fans in computers will not cool the
unit sufficiently, television channels and stereo receivers will
lose their crisp image and sound and the keys on keyboards will
stick and not function properly. Only AG SONIC Ultrasonic Cleaning
Systems can clean electronics and appliances and restore them to
working condition.
An unavoidable fact about our modern world is that electronics
surround us. Regardless if it’s in the form of personal computers,
cell phones, iPads, electrical appliances, tools, machinery, toys,
etc., electronics are everywhere.
Another unavoidable fact is that, with use, electronics get very dirty. Dirt and other contaminants are more than an inconvenience.
If not cleaned properly, dirt on electronic components can cause
the device to:
- Overheat and start fires.
- Short circuit and injure people.
- Malfunction causing loss of valuable data.
- Spread disease through the use of infected keyboards, cell phones,
touch screens and other devices.
In order to protect users, preserve data and keep society
running smoothly, it’s very important for electronics of all types
to not just be regularly cleaned, but cleaned thoroughly.
But How Do You Thoroughly Clean Electronics?
Most people simply wipe the outside of the device or use a vacuum
to suck (or compressed air to blow) away dust. Unfortunately, these
methods are simply not enough. With each method, large amounts of
dirt are left in the tiny crevices under buttons, around computer
chips, between wires and other components. Additionally, these
methods only clean what is easily visible which is just a small
fraction of what needs to be cleaned, and do little to eliminate
oils, viruses and bacteria, etc.
Ultrasonics, the Only Way to Thoroughly Clean Electronics
There is only one way to ensure that electronic devices and
components are thoroughly cleaned, decontaminated and ready to be
returned to service; and that way is with Ultrasonics.
With Ultrasonics, dirt, grease, bacteria, soot and any other
contaminants are completely removed from the item with no loss of
performance. In fact, with proper training, most items can be cleaned in less than two minutes and returned to service as soon as drying is complete.
- The process reaches parts of the jewelry that are extremely
difficult to clean with traditional cleaning methods.
- Jewelry gets completely clean, leaving it looking brand new.
- No need to disassemble the jewelry.
- Multiple pieces can be cleaned at once, saving time and money.
Follow manufacturer recommendations for maximum pieces in your
ultrasonic cleaner.
- Gentle cleaning does not damage delicate pieces and allows for
cleaning as often as necessary.
Steps to cleaning Semiconductor with an ultrasonic cleaner
- Fill chamber with cleaning solvent
- Note that water must be hot. Ideally, you would use an ultrasonic
cleaner with a heater.
- Run a pre-cleaning cycle
- Submerge Semiconductor into cleaning solvent
- Run the cleaning cycle
- After the cycle is complete, remove the items from the parts basket
and rinse the solution from the items
- After rinsing brush the pieces with a soft-bristled brush. Paying
special attention to brushing around the claws and crowns that hold
the gemstones or diamonds in place.
- Complete with a final rinse. Place theS emiconductor in water only and dry with a soft cloth once rinse cycle is
complete.
