machine should I choose?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth
of marking/engraving, our professional sales will advise you the
suitable model machines.
Q2: How do you ensure that it's the right machine I need? Or How
can I check the quality?
You can ship us your sample material and marking content for
testing, samples will be done within 1-2 days after get your sample
material, then we take pictures and video for you or can ship it
back to you for quality checking.
Q3: I don't have experience to operate this machine, what should I
do?
We will send operation video and manual for the machine. Our
engineer will do training online. If needed, we can send our
engineer to your site for training or you can send the operator to
our factory for training.
Q4: What payment terms can you accept?

We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we use wooden cases free
of fumigation. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to
protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine
is covered by waterproof plastic film.
